Effective HIV programs run on good data. When data is timely, accurate, and actually used, it helps us deliver better services and move closer to epidemic control.

That's where Data Demand and Information Use (DDIU) comes in. DDIU builds a culture where health workers, program managers, and policymakers don't just collect data, they analyze it, interpret it, and use it to strengthen HIV responses across the health system.

In short, DDIU turns raw numbers into real insights: insights that guide planning, reveal performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

In this course, you'll explore the key concepts, tools, and practical approaches for managing HIV program data, from collection and analysis to presentation and dissemination. By the end, you'll be ready to make informed decisions that improve program outcomes and the quality of care for people living with HIV.
