National HIV M&E Tools Course
Effective HIV programs rely on timely, accurate, and well-used data to guide decision-making, improve service delivery, and monitor progress toward epidemic control. Data Demand and Information Use (DDIU) promotes a culture in which data are routinely analyzed, interpreted, and applied by health workers, program managers, and policymakers to strengthen HIV responses at all levels of the health system. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, DDIU supports evidence-based planning, identifies gaps in program performance, and enables continuous quality improvement. This eLearning course introduces: key concepts, tools, and practical approaches for strengthening data management in HIV programs including the collection, analysis, presentation and dissemination thus empowering participants to make informed decisions that improve program outcomes and ultimately enhance the quality of care for people living with HIV.
