There are 4 help channels you can utilize to get assistance on the eLearning platform and content therein. Self help courses e.g. FAQs and Learner Guide, Help-desk, Forums, Messages. Before submitting a ticket on the helpdesk, it is recommended that you first check the FAQs and the Learner Guide. If you have queries about a particular topic, you can first check if a similar question has been solved via forums. You can post your question there under the specific course.
